I work with adolescents and adults on a variety of issues including parenting, coping skills and life transitions. 
 

As your therapist, my goal is to create a safe, empathic environment where, together, we can explore issues that are challenging. Among other things, we may look into the past, at current coping mechanisms, and relationship patterns to gain understanding in order to make positive changes.
